VINIFICATION AND ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
The new Valpolicella wine is passed through Amarone's skins, giving an enrichment of the structure, body and tannins. Dark red ruby, intense blackberry and a soft hint of cocoa. A complex wine but gently pleasantful.
Excellent with main dishes and pasta with hunted meat, but it is also perfectly suitable as aperitif to accompany cured and salty meat.
