White vinification with a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The process of sparkling occurs at low temperatures in autoclave following the Charmat method.
Soft yellow with a long-lived perlage, with a delicate bouquet of white fruits; a durable minerality with a long and fulfilling finish.
MATCHING FOOD
Ideal as appetizer and with main fish-based courses. It combines perfectly with the traditional "Baccalà alla vicentina".
